ON-DEMAND COURSE • ONtake Warm Bamboo
Hirata Zone Therapy Using the Ontake Method
January 23, 2021
The Ontake warm bamboo moxa method allows you to combine the healing power of mugwort, with the dynamics of the acupuncture channels, the connectivity of bodywork, and the healing that can arise from the resonance of rhythm, motion and heat.
Hirata Zone Therapy, which focuses on dermatomes, is a unique contribution from the Japanese tradition that lends itself to the use of the warm bamboo method.
In this 1.5 hour course we learn the dermatome mappings and how to use the Ontake method to arouse the body’s healing ability. Additionally we’ll look at ways of using the Hirata Zone in your clinical work, as well as strategies for home treatment and care.
