I've been using Saam for about 7 years now. I'm constantly surprised at how so few needles can be so surprisingly effective.

I think the "six qi" aspect of diagnosis and then choosing which channels to use has been one of the things with Saam that I now see and regularly use in my clinical work.  I'm not sure why these relationships haven't been pointed out or used in other acupuncture traditions. It's one of those things that once you "see" it, so many previously confusing clinical presentations begin to make sense.

Looking forward to the conversations here in this discussion group with all of you.
