REGISTRATION CLOSES TOMORROW! ⚡️ “Learning a REGISTRATION CLOSES TOMORROW!

“Learning another language is not only learning different words for the same things but learning another way to think about things.” – Flora Lewis
.
The key to a deeper understanding of Chinese medicine’s foundational terms and concepts is to engage with them in their original language directly. This allows access to primary sources without fear of having anything lost in translation. This live discussion will investigate eight fundamental Chinese medical characters in-depth and with a particular focus on their etymologies. These investigations will yield a complete understanding of the characters and enhance our Chinese medical knowledge.
.
In the second half of the discussion, we will expand our engagement from the eight fundamental characters to include further essential terms and concepts of Chinese medicine.
.
💠We will accomplish this using the Chinese Medical Characters iOS app.
因為為您加油 A free copy of the app is included in your registration for this course!💠
.
This discussion aims to apply our newfound knowledge of Chinese medical characters to inform our clinical work more fully.
.
You’ll have lifetime access to the recording of this Qiological Live seminar.

As acupuncturists, we practice our medicine as both a science and an art. Science in the sense of organizing the learned or experiential structure of the lens through which we view imbalances. Medicine as art recognizes that each individual is a unique, multidimensional, and dynamic entity that embodies both revelation and mystery.
.
Our job is to encounter the energetic mystery of our practice with certainty. Even amid complexities, we should seek to grasp the spirit of the medicine. Grasp the moment of the individual and be in tune with the Dao.
.
In this conversation with Ann Cecil-Sterman, we explore the potency and mystery of acupuncture, how it works, the importance of intention, being present, and approaching the treatment with an element of certainty. We also touch on the need to trust acupuncture, the power of the mind, and the great luo of the Stomach.
.
Listen in to this discussion wherever you get your podcasts on navigating the mysterious realm of acupuncture, the need to approach patients with intention and certainty, and an interesting perspective on channels.
